SafetyMails uses credits to verify email addresses. Therefore, in order to verify an email address you will need one credit.
Email list email verification
In order to check your emails on SafetyMails you need to have sufficient credits in you account. The amount must be the same of the number of records from your list or higher.
For example, if your email list has 1,200 records you will need at least 1,200 available credits. If the amount of credits is lower than that, you can:
- upload a list with less email addresses (not recommended); or
- buy more credits
Attention: after cleaning an email list on SafetyMails, the email addresses tagged as “Pendent” will return the credits for your account.
Monthly subscription of credits
If you need to verify emails frequently or want to do real time email validation on your registration forms and Landing Pages, we strongly recommend you to purchase the monthly subscription of credits.
New credits will be added to your account montly.
The credits can be use freely, both for email list verification and real time api, following the same rule: 1 verified email address = 1 credit.

The Real Time email verification API for registration forms and landing pages are easy to install and use credits by the same rule of email list verification: 1 verified email address = 1 credit.
Emails tagged as “Pendent” does not consume credits.
Attention: The API only works with an active monthly subscription of credits. Having available credits is not enough.
